We will only know the answer to that question at the end of 2007.
Large cap stock are about due though but I doubt that an eft based on them will be the best performer. I do think one might be worth a few bucks though. Call it OEF or NY. Both had excellent 2006 and I am betting on a repeat performance for 2007 if not better. I just wish all the index funds were not capitalization weighted. Their performance is more or less dictated by the top 20.

would be nice to know I know what wont be but thats another commiecrat story. Probably ther betters ones are housing (IN THREE MONTHS), financials and tech would be my top three. I would also look at gold (much later than housing though) oil if it drops below $40 (USO) , some diversified global markets as well.

How is anyone supposed to know that? And if they did, they could be a rich person.

You might as well ask for next month's lottery numbers.

FXI, but that's all Enron type money. IIF, EWW or EWZ is probably better over a longer term.

I think your best plays will continue to be in global markets..FXI...ILF...EEM..
........or you can go more for "solid" earnings with agricultural commodities.....DBA...... ( shortages predicted..futures up)
Just a smidge...don't get carried away.
