Try turning the programme dial to drain, this should remove the water from the drum.
Hope this helps!

ok your machine should have a drian program on the dial somewhere, turn the machine to drian, close the door properly and turn the machine on.
allow the program to run to completion. if the water remains in the drum after the drain program finishes your drain/filter may be blocked, find the drain plug on the front of your machine, it may be behind a removable front panel at the base of your machine,
wring out some of the sheets, towels etc over your bath or shower tray, now place the sheets etc. down near the front of the machine and remove the drain plug and clear it out.
it may be advisable to throw a lot of dry sheets or clothing in the machine to mop up the water, or use a jug and buckets to empty the machine before removing the drain plug.
decide what is best for your needs.
good luck.
if all else fails leave until the morning and contact the service centre number for your machine. often cheaper to contact the service centre for an applince such as a washing machine rather than a plumber. and a plumber is not who you call for a washing machine problem.
plumbers for a burst pipe or leaking pipe joint, or a problem with the radiators on your central heating.
an electrician for problems with your electrical appliances such as washing machines, however different electricians specialise in different things/ areas so as i said contact the service centre for your appliance and they will give you a list of people in your area to solve your problem.
good luck.

ok this maybe a little late what it is your pressure valve is blocked so the machine thinks it's not full so the water keeps coming in not sure what your washes is set your washer to drain this could be the spin cycle if the washer starts to spin before the drum is empty stop and start again till the drum is empty . then turn off the power take the lid and back off the pressure switch is usually at the top it's round and as a small pipe coming off it follow the pipe down it may go in to a small bulb like thing either on the back of the drum or down near the pump take this off and clean it replace and then put the lid and back on this should fix it good luck

the first thing to do is remove the mains plug from the wall socket, make shure your hand is dry and not standing in the water,if your worried about water seeping through the ceeling, get a couple of blankets to soak the water up soon,to get the water out of the machine get the outlet pipe and graually lower it into a bowl or bucket, when its full raise the pipe, emty the water then start the process again,..check the filter someware around the base of the machine, other than that you may have a fault selenoid water valve, get it repaired,

You just have to bucket it out until it gets low enough to towel it out. You could go to the hardware store in the morning and buy a small sump pump but that is tomorrow.
Either your washing machine pump is shot, or your drain hoses or drain pipes are clogged.
If you live in an area with cold temps your pump might be frozen. It is under the washing machine near the floor where cold drafts are. If this is the case use the vent hose off your dryer to thaw it out or a hair dryer.
If I were you I would forget about your neighbor, and go to bed. deal with it tomorrow. It is not your fault it flooded. Can't do anything about it or reverse time and go back. If your neighbor wants to fuss that is their problem.

bless you!
can you leave the water in until monday morning then call the plumber out. or call those drain doctor plumbers, arent they 24 hour with no call out fee? i cant think of any other way to get the water out without opening the door. then, on monday when your neighbour has calmed down, take a bottle of wine with a note of apology!

WOW! i've got under no circumstances heard of this kind of element.. Ofcourse if I have been given rags with cat pee on them i could purely toss them.. The smell of cat pee is undesirable.... it is why i do no longer very own a cat anymore.. Wretched little creatures..! besides... Why no longer attempt filling up your washer with warm water and a million-2 cups of baking soda... enable it SOAK in a single day and run the cycle day after right this moment... that could desire to safeguard the smell.... sturdy success

I am pretty sure that the problem lies in the pressure switch diaphram that reads the water level of the tub. When this item fails, the water will continue to run until you..or your peed off neighbor discovers it. I know this to be a problem as it happened to my wife just one day ago. I was told you can replace the diaphram yourself...if you are so mechanically inclined. I feel your pain.

Get a piece of hose and a bucket stick the hose in the tub and suck on the end of the hose till you get water. Then put the hose you were sucking on end in the bucket which is on the floor. This will sypon the water out of the tub into the bucket
