I have, both out going and incoming, mainly statements and the like. I think it is a diabolical scheme to get me to do my banking on line,which I up until now have steadfastly refused.

only my electric bill they swear they mail it out on the first EVERYmonth but I never get it until the 10th (at the earliest) and its due the 15th... last month I got another late fee and I asked them if they can change our due date to like the 20th every month so we have time to get the bill and mail a check out and the lady told my husband he can use his cc to pay it over the phone for a small fee LOL about 6 months ago we got it the day before it was due and all they did was verify our address and ask if we have a post office issue? We have no problem with any other mail.. i think one other time i didnt get a credit card statement.. but otherwise I get all my other bills LONG before they are due. Sorry for ranting I HATE TXU!!!

why don't you bank on line, it saves a trip to the bank. I bank on line and my mail is just fine.
