MAC users- I have a mac osx 10.4. How do I configure my email to come directly to the "postage stamp"?

I have a verizon DSL connection but use MSN for my email...What are my POP account and SMPT settings? I cannot get the right answers.

Verizion can provide those details.

Its usually just smtp.verizon.net and pop.verizon.net

For MSN its

pop3.email.msn.com and smtp.email.msn.com
