Agreed. I think people blow this stuff WAAAAYYY out of proportion. Bush is a war criminal? No. Bush should be impeached? On what grounds.
No, I don't like him either. But hyperbole is useless. Go vote.

I don't agree with you. It is a tough job but somebody has got to do it. I am 61 years old and I have never seen a president take this country to war for his own personal gain. I have never seen a president been so wrong on so many things that he went from an 80% approval rating to under 30% in a couple of years. I think that George Bush is guilty of most of those things. Bush authorized shock and awe against the Iraqi people that is terrorism, his policy's has killed 655,000 Iraqi and 3000 American's that's a lot of killing if you ask me. There was relative peace and very little violence in Iraq until after mission was accomplished. Seems to me that Bush is an oil man, his family is in the oil business, why would he not attack a country to disrupt distribution and drive oil prices up. Oil company's recorded record profits in this time. I think the investigation should start at the money trail to see who is profiting from this war and I would be willing to bet that you would find many of them in the highest offices in the land. Anybody want try and push me off a cliff. I stand ready.

yes, I agree. The reason that alot of people didn't vote for Bush in 2000 was because they disagreed with his policies, they were loyal democrats, or whatever. It's fine to not like him, but the liberals who say things like the examples you listed demonstrate their lack of intelligence. Clearly your not an idiot, but the people who make those claims are idiots who have run out of arguments for why they hate our President.

I'm not an idiot, but it would be idiotic for me to live in a free-society and NOT exercise my right to speak-out against Bush.
I would be an idiot to cave in when people tell me my comments are treasonous!
I would be an idiot if I allowed the 'sensitive-feelings' of others to keep me from speaking what I believe in my heart is true...about the Bush-family!
I know it hurts the feelings of some people, but Bush (in my honest opinion) is a moron!
I don't like him!.
I don't wish him dead, but I don't like him!
He is a free-roaming doofus with an equally clueless following and I don't care for any of them either!
AND...I'm not jumping off of any cliff...not today!

I love that you aren't part of the crowd in your thinking. And I applaud your efforts to make other people think about their stance. I don't agree that all the people that have those ignorant stances should jump off a cliff, because that would create such a horribly smelly mess, that the rest of us would have to deal with!

Sometimes that's the only way certain people can send out their message. We call these people extremists. When his decisions affect certain people in a personal way, they leave no room for etiquette.

And it's ok not to like Bush. But you are right, if you are going to come on this site with a greivance come with some validation. Have something to debate with, what is there to debate when there is nothing intelligent there to work with. It's ruining this political section and it's to bad cause it's generally my favorite.

I totally agree with you. I am not a huge fan of Bush in any way, but I think that those people are morons. They are just ignorant. Most of them have no idea what they're talking about.

I don't like him either, but he's certainly not a terrorist! I mean, he's stupid-- says "uhm," "uh," or "well," every five seconds--but it's pointless to impeach him--it would take too long, and his term would be over, and besides--CHENEY would become President!
