Hath means has.
Hell has no fury...from the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" meaning There is less fury past the gates of Hell than there is in the mind of a woman who has been wronged.

I think it is a quote from Shakespeare: "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!" In other words, don't tick off a woman, or a fury will be unleashed! I believe it is from The Taming of the Shrew.

the saying is making a comparison between raging hell and something else, most commonly the saying goes "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" which means that a woman that is done wrong by someone is worse that the fires of hell

This question has been answered right about a hundred times, so I thought I would just put in my favorite adaptation from Mallrats. Brodie- the comic book nerd- is playing video games and his girlfriend dumps him so he says "Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn for Sega."

I just thought that was funny.

It is usually used as "Hell Hath No Fury As A Woman's Scorn" (shortened as "Hell Hath No Fury"), which means that, when a woman is furious, it is worse than hell. However, sometimes the word "woman" is replace by another person's name, and means that person's fury is worse than hell.
