Honey, it all depends on how long your cycle is and how regular it is and when you actually ovulate. Do not forget that even though you have a regular cycle, not all women ovulate at the same time. Also, there is about a 20-30% chance each cycle that you may get preggers. Usually doctors recommend a year's worth of trying before you get frustrated with the process. Just try to be more in tune with your body other than the ovulation caldendar by checking your Basal Temperature and cervical mucus to make sure you are ovulating. www.babycenter.com is a great website Good luck to you!

They are extremely accurate if done correctly. You must take it around the same time each morning before you get up. My last period was the 23rd too and I was fertile the week of the 1st through th 8th. My cycle was a little long this time I know this b/c I charted and used opk tests. I ovulated on monday the 8th. My cycle will be 30-32 days this month. I usually get me period on day 27 but I have had some added stress this month and it prolonged my ovulation I think your odds of concieving this month are good if you have a 27 or 28 day cycle.Any longer and you may have stoped to early. If you dont concieve you might want to keep trying every other day until your temp rises.

I ended my period June 30th and had sex on wednesday the 11th which my calendar said I should be ovulating and I also had sex thursday night. Is there a good chance I can become pregnant? The ovulation calendar NEVER worked for me. Neither did the basal body temp..My hubby and I tried for three yrs. before I had my oldest dd. Watch for changes in your cervical mucus.Whe it becomes (i know this sounds GROSS) stringy and clear, like raw egg whites, have intercourse that day and the day after to up your chances of concieving. After you finish "the act" lie down on your back with your bottom elavated, for about 30 mins. It worked for us, our oldest miracle just turned 5. Good luck!
