Well with the departure of Chris Webber and AI, the 76ers have got rid of two overpaid and aging players. So how can they get better? They just need to get some good draft picks in this year's draft because they are in the rebuilding stage right now. This year's draft is expected to be really deep with a lot of potential talent. Hopefully they can get Greg Oden or Tucker. So they just need to get some good upcoming draft picks and develop the young talent and players they have right now. Perhaps they could build the team around Andre Iguodala. The 76ers will get better over time, but they are going to need some good young talent for this rebuilding process.
