No I am not a mind reader. I know the family and I know his record. He is a straight shooter. And don't underestimate congress. They are all acting like democrats because they think that is what is popular, If Ron Paul gets in, they will KNOW what the people want and vote accordingly, because all most of THEM care about is votes for themselves in the future.

I would vote for Ron Paul, but I doubt that he could get the nomination. The powers that be (who control both major parties) would never let a real American get the nomination of one of the parties.

Dr. Paul has introduced HR 1146, the American Sovereignty Restoration Act, which would get the US out of the UN. That would mean goodbye New World Order.

Iraqisax said it best on his answer, but I would also like to add that he is the only true anti-war candidate. He has my support all the way.

Kat you are right that there is not much difference between the Republicans and Democrats. However, Ron Paul isn't your typical Republican. He is very different from everyone else in the Republican party. Because of his values he is a very very long shot for getting the nod. Ron Paul wants to shrink the government. He's against the Federal Reserve. Unfortunately the Federal Reserve really controls this country.

For anyone that doesn't know what Ron Paul is about, check his voting record in Congress. He's a strict Constitutionalist and his record proves it. He would also try to take to power to make money away from the wanksters running the Federal Reserve (not federal and no reserves). He was the only one in Congress with the cajones to challenge Greenspan with hardball questions. Mr. Paul knows who wields the real power in this country- the people that have the power to create money. This country doesn't have much time left to save itself. I won't say Mr. Paul is the one that will lead us there; it would take cooperation from the rest of government. I don't see any other choice out there that even comes close.

Nowadays 71 is not that old, and Mr. Paul being a doctor for years and a family man means he's not a hippie or a playboy. There are millions of Americans who are fed up with all of this New World Order Bush-it or Hill-Billary redneck corruption that should vote for him. America works best when real common people are left alone to earn an honest living and raise their families. Aren't we all sick and tired of these Federal Reserve goons and dictator-cop wannabes trying to scare us to death? Ron Paul would make an excellent president. Just hope the Freemasons or Illuminati don't arrange an accident for him before he has a chance!

I think Paul will run in the primaries for experience and coverage so that way if he runs on either a joint Libertarian/Constitution ticket or third party alliance ticket, he'll give third parties more exposure. I'm a moderate but support most of the Libertarian's ideas. I might even vote for him or Tancredo if any of the Democrats are weak on illegals. Besides, I think it's time for a third party to be heard.

I'd vote for good ol' Ron Paul. I trust him. He's the only Republican I would vote for. He's a man of principles, not politics. God bless him!

i imagine everybody ought to replace their call to "end The Fed".... would not that be sweet? (basically have distinct avatars obviously) besides, human beings did not nominate Ron Paul because they were skillfully misled with information from the mainstream media into believing that purely McCain stood a probability hostile to the competition because of his wartime list. They were made fools at the same time as they pledged their allegiance with a guy in which the MEDIA chosen FOR THEM. now to not indicate that Ron Paul wasn't even invited to his own party's debate at one element. This alongside with a ton of alternative information (each and every 'candidate' turned right into a CFR member) proves that the elections were staged. Giuliani? I propose heavily....who the hell might want to EVER vote for that moron? he's like Bush's retarded little brother. yet he changed into up there as an insignificant prop giggling and gooing like a touch college lady at Ron Paul's modern recommendations.....it made me favor to punch that bastard in his lisp. definite, I suggested 'lisp'. do not ignore.... All mainstream media is owned with information from 5 distinct organizations (Time Warner, GE, Walt Disney, Viacom, and Newscorp) and all 5 have massive protection contracts with the authorities. to allow Ron Paul to develop into president and make his massive proposed funds cuts (which may really take position in accordance such as his list), it would want to be financially negative to all 5 organizations. So, they had to be sure their puppets remained chuffed with their 6 be certain earning as they proceed to evangelise propaganda on the nighttime information in help for his or her governmental pastimes.

He is an interesting man with good ideas and is worth more investigation. He may be old, but Ronald Reagan was no spring chicken and look at all the great things he accomplished during his two terms!

You cannot say with absolute certainty that he is a good guy now. You aren't a mind-reader!!! If you were, you probably wouldn't have voted for the last jerk you voted for.

If he is a good guy now, he won't be when he gets in. Why? Because if you don't play ball, none of your measures/bills/etc get passed. If your bills/measures/whatever don't get passed, you don't get re-elected. It's as simple as that!
