It's one of the best cards that you can get for a laptop. Yes, it will be able to play Oblivion, as long as you get more than 1GB of RAM, fast processor and fast hard drive.

For a notebook not bad at all. You will definately have problems in Oblivion for scene redering at resolutions over 1024x768 with most settings low. Chances are its not going to look the way it was intended to.
