you should have the torrent downloader problam ( i use bitcomet, it's faster than bittorrent) and you have to do it online, or it won't work.
it's easier to download not torrent file from other site like this one :

Do you have a torrent downloader program? If you don't that's probably why you can't download them since you can't download torrents without a torrent downloading program. Try bittorent, azureus, bittornado etc.
