It is probably a rash type condition caused by a lack of general hygiene. High time he started takgin a daily shower in th emorning and lathering everythign well, rinsing thoruoughly to remove all soap residue then drying extermely well.

And if he plays sports or participates in any activity that gets him hot and sweaty (sex and masturbation included) then he shoudl shower immediately after. And that means using school or gym showers and not waiting until he gets home later.

If a couple or three weeks of this strict shower regimen doesn;t work , then he needs to see a doctor to get it all checked out. It is possible he has a fungal or other infection that meticulous cleaning won't quite kill off. But even after any treatment the doctor prescribes has cleared it up, he has to remember that dark moist places are breedign grounds for bacteria, viruses, etc and he had better maintain the cleaning practices to avoid a lot fo future problems. After alll, the worst thing about showerign after an activity is someone might see him naked in the showers. But far better that than perpetual infections and trips to the doctor...

Heat rash would get worse after sex because of the friction...it could be an allergy or yeast infection...my guess is jock itch; but I think he should see a doctor (unless he knows how he got it and doesn't want you to find out).

Agree with LadyBlue. Most likely that's what it is.
He should see a doctor who will prescribe him a correct medicine.
Do you have an yeast infection?
When is the last time your ob-gyn seen you?
I don't know about std having this kind of symptoms.

If you see areas of peeling skin (like small circles or blotches) then it could be a yeast infection. I don't think jock itch cream will fix that.

In any case, see a doc. He might prescribe an anti-fungal cream.

Calm down. My hubby had something like that and believe it or not, it's a yeast infection. He went to the doctor and got antibiotic cream. Sometimes if it's not that bad you can put plain yogurt on the infected area. I know that sounds gross, but yogurt has enzymes that kill bacteria. Good luck!!!!

He should see a doctor, but it could be something simple like allergy to the elastic in his jockey shorts, He could try a little hydro cortisone cream like Cortate.
