Girl yes! I left a good man to make a family complete with a complete fool. This man loved me, called me everyday and spoiled me beyond belief. I also wanted it to work out with my daughter's father. I didn't want to hurt him anymore and I was also engaged to the good guy. So I wrestle with the idea of being with the baby and her father and starting over with someone that didn't know me. I gave back the rings stop calling the good guy after hurting him. Started a life with my kids father again and now it's a living hell. I can't stand to look at his cheating, lying ***. He's a drunk that love allot of women and want me to believe that he is still faithful. I asked him" If he couldn't be faithful, Why didn't he leave me alone to be happy with the good guy''? Now I would never disturb the good guy life again to be with him. I hurt him pretty bad and he would never forgive me. This lying, cheating dog is now out with a woman he is letting drive a car he bought me. I did not admit that I was wrong to the good guy But I did tell the leach I made the biggest mistake of my life. He try to pretend he's hurt but I don't think so. I now hurt, because I could of had a great life. By the way... when I found out about the woman driving my old car I kicked his *** to the curb and told my daughter not to even look back.

Usually when we leave someone, the problem consists of 2 sides. It doesn't matter who's at fault. The main thing is both parties can't click with each other.
You regretted only because you think or feel you make a mistake. Perhaps you did & so did all living beings, because we are only human who uses brain & heart at the same time.
Usually, you feel worse when you don't sincerely admit on what your heart tells you. Be it wrong or right, shamless or proud, etc. Nothing wrong with feeling regretful or ashame, it's just a message from our heart.
I made alot of mistakes before. Then one day, I met an Acquaintance, he told me:----
"It's OK to make a mistake, because it help us to learn. Just don't repeat the mistake". :)

If you are sincere that you think you made a mistake, then you should lay yourself out on the line and swallow your pride. If he tells you to go eff yourself , then move on. You can't change someones feelings for them. You also take a risk for love and sometimes it doesn't always work out.

you must have had a reason for leaving the first person, so what makes you think it was a mistake? Maybe a third person will be the one. But if you have really changed your mind about the first, subtly renew the friendship

As a guy who was left by a girlfriend who found out much later that it was a mistake, HA,HA, HA,HA.
Maybe next time you will find a better reason for leaving than flightiness.
