Haunted Workplace.?

Question

I just want to know if my workplace sounds haunted to you. i work ina a supermarket and last night i went into the store room so go upstairs to put my bag away. i went up the two flight of stairs and put my bag into the locker. i went down the first flight of stair and truned left (in that area is a small room of offices) i walked in about halfway and heard a couple of girls voices in his room (the managers room, but he wasnt working today) and i walked into his room and noone was there. So i headed down the last flight of stairs and stopped. I heard footsteps going down the stairs beside me but noone was there so i bolted down them. I asked Leanne who works there and she told me shes seen a dark figure and she called out 'Hey Arlen' (Arlen being the boss of the floor boys) and then she got no respone and turned around at it dissappeared. Heinz who works in liquer heard footsteps up above liquer but oddly there is no room above liquer. He also went donw the same stairs as me and he

heard some footsteps behind him and not looking back he said **** off arlen thinking its him but them he tunred back and noone was there. He walked to the owners headquarters and in the pitch black room he saw a face. People that have worked there have said that a whole pellet of dog food has been tipped over....does this seem like theres a ghost. im really scared now.

It sounds like you have a ghost, it sounds like it is replaying something that it used to do when it was alive. Ghosts are like an impression in reality,like a groove, they keep replaying the same thing over and over. They might not know they are dead or don't want to accept it. Sounds like a ghost to me. If you're interested, try to do a little research and find out what was in that area before the supermarket.

Ghosts are usually harmless but cranky. They don't realize they are dead and think that YOU are invading THEIR space. They truly don't understand why you and other people are there. They also have no concept of time. They could be hanging around for 50 or 100 years and have no idea that much time has passed.

An easy solution is when you feel or hear it, tell it (outloud, or in your head) to go away, to not bother you, to leave you alone, to not sneak up on you...anything of that variety. Say it sternly like you mean it. Usually if you shoo them away, they will go or at least leave you alone.

The fact that it is a dark figure concerns me. Normally ghosts are light colored. Before you get out of your car and go into work take a moment to imagine yourself in a white bubble. (Sounds crazy, I know!) This will protect you from any type of negative entity. Also, you are less likely to notice a ghost when you are with a friend. I would also recommend turning on as many lights and keeping the work area as bright as possible.

Ok, i have never had an actual encounter with a ghost, or a least i dont think so. but wut you should do, is go out and buy at least enough video cameras for each place that you have or might have encounter a ghost, make sure they have night vision, also do not turn on the lights for the cameras because that will either scare off the ghost or make it impossible to catch one on camera. Also get some tape recorders and leave them running. get alot of video tapes and recording tapes. though the stuff isnt cheap, but it will answer wether your workplace is haunted or not. form the info you have already given, there can me multiple explanations like your fellow workers playing tricks on you.
tip: dont hire any tv ghost hunter group cause most of them use computer technology to make you think that the place is haunted.
my family has a history of seeing, hearing, and even felling ghosts.

yeah i would think so..you should ask the owner what was there before the supermarket or if anything tragic has ever happened..i know its scary but it cant hurt you..if it ever confronts you, you must stay calm!!
