Don't get me started on Cindy Shehan. I am sure she is being paid big bucks by Hugo Chavez to help his anti America cause. She has said that she would rather have Hugo Chavez as her leader that Bush. She called Bush a bigger terrorist than Bin Laden and when Hugo Chavez said the same thing, she was standing next to him smiling. She has insisted to the media that Hugo Chavez is "9 times democratically elected" while saying "Bush is a brutal dictator worse than Hitler or Saddam Hussein". She even said that Hugo Chavez is NOT anti American because "he provides heating oil to America at discount prices" (????) Those were her exact words! This week she was doing one of her protests at Guantanamo in Cuba saying that Bush has denied humanitarian rights to all of the Muslim terrorists kept there. However she had to pass some of the 14 Cuban jails to get over to Guantanamo and never once addressed the fact that Castro has categorically for decades denied humanitarian rights to his prisoners most of who are there only because they dared oppose him. When asked about it, good old Cindy said that Bush is far worse and she is not concerned with Castro's jails. Do you ever get the impression that she must be paid some God awful sum of money to continue this treasonous activity hiding behind her dead son and even be willing to lose her husband(who divorced her over this) and lose her other children. If she is so distraught over Casey then why is she ignoring her other children who are totally humiliated by her actions? I think she should be tried for treason. Somewhere along the line our society has distorted beyond recognition what the phrase "Freedom of Speech" really means. In my day it meant you had the right to express your opinion, but always in a lawfully and orderly fashion, but not if it hurt someone or defamed someone's character publicly.
I think Cindy belongs in prison for treason, but worse are the stupid liberals who think she is right.

Why would we no longer help Israel? We did even as they went into Lebanon. Or do you no longer undergo in concepts the vote on helping that? "On July 20, the U.S. abode of Representatives, by using an overpowering 410-8 margin, voted to unconditionally recommend Israel's ongoing attacks on Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. The Senate exceeded an same determination protecting the Israeli attack earlier in the week by using a voice vote, yet blanketed a clause that “urges all facets to guard innocuous civilian existence and infrastructure.” i do not recognize the position you come back up with those products.

Great questions. Pretty black and white, so you are loyal to your conservative teachings. Probably sound just like your father. The key to being a liberal is to look, listen, and think. Sheehan is neither a hero or a villain. She is a person. Liberals can see people, not just archetypes, like you do. True liberals hold all people on the planet to high standards of reasonable behavior, even America. Try reading a little Ben Franklin or Thomas Paine, true patriots, and see if you think they would believe your silly musings.

it's called taking responsibility sometimes...
I don't think that everything is America's fault... but some things are... and we should take responsibility for it if it is...
why do some conservatives preach responsibility, yet never take any?
geez... Bush even took some when he apologized the other night... and I can respect that...

You should be ashamed of yourself, but you are not so that makes you a neo-con. Cindy Sheehan is doing her God given right to protest an evil and unjust war against the Iraqi people. 655,000 Iraqi, and 3000 Americans have died for you take pot shots at a woman that has given up her son for your freedom for you to ask this question, I have had people tell me there is no such thing as a dumb question, I said there was, and I rest my case.
