Out of that list I would definitely have to go with Bret Hart-vs.-Steve Austin. That match not only cemented Bret Hart as one of the, if not the, greatest pro wrestlers ever, it also made Steve Austin a star. I hope that answers your question.

Undertaker vs Kane.

Side note: The Undertaker has cornered the market with the very best ring entrance of all time. NO ONE ... including Hulk Hogan ... has ever had the same reponse as the Undertaker gets when the lights go out and the bell starts to toll. And to top it all off, he can actually roll his eyes back to show only the whites when he signals for the lights to come up. He steps into the ring and has an awesome presence. The haunting music continues as he takes off his long black coat and then ... as the music somes to the part where the bells are about to toll again ... he removes his hat to show those white eyes once more with that evil grimace on his face. Who else in the History of wrestling can top that. In my humble opinion ... NO ONE.

Also I would like to add, even though this was not a WrestleMania match, one of my favorite bouts of all time was on a Monday night. Big Show vs Brock Lesner. The Big Show on the top rope (outside the ring), Brock lesner on the tope rope (inside the ring) and Lesner gives the Big Show a HUGE SUFLEX. The ring colapses. It is shown several times before the show goes off the air. The referee is tossed about like a hot popcorn kernal that just popped. As the show goes off the air, the Big Show and Lesner are still lying motionless on the colapsed ring mat. Unexpected and worth watching 110 minutes of nothing bouts which preceded this one.

Angle vs Jericho vs Benoit. The writing for that match was awesome. Angle goes in with two titles and leaves with none while never getting pinned.
