Generally each county has a board of Realtors that will allow affiliate members to join. You could join and give a presentation of what you have to offer. Other options: bring food to local offices with your flyer's/business card attached. Realtors pay attention to food, they like to be sweetened in order to listen to another sales pitch. (no disrespect to Realtors). Also, you could stop by their open houses with goodies for them and their clients and give them a flyer - a bottle of water and popcorn works wonders at an open house.

The best way to do this is to make a nice professional flyer. Detail your services. Put down any references you can get from past clients of yours.
Then hand deliver to real estate offices. Talk to who ever you meet and be nice, friendly, helpful, informed, clean and ready to work. keep doing that until you are too busy to do it any more.
