Kurt Angle - He has everything, and I mean everything. He says he is the best wrestler in the world, and he probably is! Kurt Angle was a massive loss to the WWE, he was a great world champion, much much better than Batista, Mysterio, and Booker. He has an intensity level that can be matched by nobody! He has genuinley excellent wrestling skills, he has the ability to sell moves well, also he can do all the acrobatics, theres nothing Angle cannot do, and if there was, he would make himself do it! His work ethic is unreal. He is also an olympic gold medal winner for ametur wrestling at the Atlanta olympics in 1996. The only Olympic gold medal winner the WWE ever had, likewise in TNA.
Other Wrestlers worth a mention are Chris Beniot, William Regal (he may not be a great sports enternainer, but Regal is a top top quality wrestler) and Lashley, hes got crap mic skills and promos, but has great in ring ability! Shawn Michaels too, hes an awesome wrestler. When someone asked Kurt Angle a couple of years ago who the best wrestlers are in the WWE, his reply was ''Me and Shawn Michaels''
Overall, the best wrestler, I dont think theres any doubt, its got to be Kurt Angle!
There are some brilliant sports entertainers (this is what the WWE is more about now, theyre drifting away from actual good technical wrestlers, as the 'sports entertainers' are the ones who generate the most revenue, and fill arenas! These top sports entertainers are not the greatest wrestlers as I say, but they are the kind of people that sell out arenas, and who the majority of people want to go and see. People like Cena, Batista, Taker, although undertaker is an excellent wrestler as well as sports entertainer, he's probably the best compramise between a Wrestler/sports entertainer, along with Shawn Michaels!

TNA-Sting he is a the top of his career (or he will be this sunday when he gets the title from abyss)
Raw-Jeff Hardy he has sucsessfully / contiuously retained against Nitro but Nitro just doesn't know when to quit i mean he almost lost his man hood!
ECW-Bobby Lashley has been sucsessful since his debut there i mean less than 3 months he is already champ he retired the big show
SmackDown-hard decision i would have to say Matt Hardy because he has been on a roll since his bro came back for some motivation
matt hardy personally is my fav.

Well it's hard to say. If your talking about just wrestling skills, I gotta go with Kurt Angle. He can perform in the ring in every aspect. He has mat skills, submission skills, striking skills, grappling skills, and high flying skills (one of the most picture perfect moonsaults). Also, he can sell his moves better than most wrestlers. He also is the most intense wrestler in the ring right behind Chris Benoit.
Now if your talking about overall skills... well really I'm going to stick with Kurt Angle. Sorry but he's got very good mic skills as well.

Jeff hardy.its a wonder he can even walk let alone wrestling and he still puts on a good show for the fans.
