Your steel door is not insulated well and your interior is very moist. I do not know what part of the country you are in but the cold from outside is migrating through your door. The warmer humidity on the inside condenses on the colder door and creates water droplets.

If you lived in the North you would install an insulated door or a storm door to moderate the outside temp. And we would enjoy all that moisture in the air..
