After the 2004 season. Although I still think of it as Skydome.
Ted Rogers is the Ted Turner of Canada, at least in terms of broadcasting. He owns Rogers Communications, which owns a cable company (the US term would be community access), an ISP, a couple of cell phone providers, TV stations (including the Blue Jays' flagship network), radio stations (including the Blue Jays' flagship station) and the Blue Jays.
Rogers Communications bought the then Skydome after the 2004 season, renamed it (their prerogative) and have done some renovating/upgrading of the facility. They still have a ways to go as far as accessibility upgrades are concerned, but they're listening.
The link below is to Rogers Communications home page, so you can see what I haven't remembered about the parent company.

for the 2005 season. Since the purchase though, Ted Rogers President and CEO of Rogers Communications which owns the Blue Jays has made several signicant upgrades to the Skydome. Most fans still refer to it as the Skydome.

When Mister Rogers died, they did it to honor him. There is a trolley that runs through the stadium now too. The beer vendor is a talking owl, and the batboy is a talking cat!
Seriously, I don't know. Just tired and having fun...
