No restrictions. In fact you dont even need a visas from singapore. One of the few countries with the Visa vaiver program. Depends on the port of entry how easy it is.

People coming from Singapore must promise to spit in street and litter.
Don't want people setting good example.
Those are my two pet peeves.
Caning is kind of extreme but fines aren't.
I hate spitting in the street.
And littering.
