im curious as to what their starting pay is? also what is the discount for working their? does Toysrus have flexible hours? also does toysrus allow employees to hold item to purchase for themselves?

Yes, very flexible hours. The corporation will change the time they tell employees to start, finish and break, depending on customer demand. They might tell you to come back in 2 hours (off the clock) when business might pick up. You didn't think you'd have the freedom to work or not work as you please, did you?

Starting pay is minimum wage. Employee discount is the smallest percentage they can get away with. And they treat employees wishing to make purchases the same as customers: put down a deposit and we'll hold it on Lay-Away for a predetermined time. If you don't pay the rest by then you lose your deposit and the item goes back on the shelf.

Multinational, multimillion dollar employers in the US don't care about employees, so I've read many a time. The best pay and conditions you'll get are from smaller, local companies run by human beings, not heartless, psychotic, money-focused corporations.
