If as Albert Einstein said, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, why do I keep waking up every morning?

I don't know about you, but I usually get up because I have to pee.

Because you would just be a blob if you stayed asleep all the time!!
Wake up & then get up & then
Do different things each day
Walk drive or ride a different way to work each day or where ever
Just be game to be different
make your days different
by planning what to do & where to go who to visit who to help out by being a volunteer
that way you won't get in a rut & be bored by doing the same stuff day in day out

When you wake up you change your mental state to a waking state. This is happening all the time. If we would expect a different result, that would be insane.

Because if you did not wake up...you would not have the ability to thwart insanity by changing your life's direction...Repetition is monotonous...find a hobby...exercise...Eat well....Open the Bible and start flipping through the pages of the Owners Manual For Life.
