I know reach-ins (reach for the ball at an inapropiate time), charging (knocking down a player while going for a shot), and goaltending (touching the ball on the descent).

But how are the others committed?

double dribbling, charging, goaltending, reaching in,
fouling( hitting on arm), technical foul( referee argument or player), delay of game, traveling, 3 second violation, 24 second shot clock, holding people,

a technical foul can be called 2 ways
by a player/coach not leaving the refs alone
and by a 3 seconds/illegal defence in the key
