Yes, Jennifer, I too have that problem, and it has been happening more and more lately.. I find myself having to ask a question for politeness sake, cause if you don't ask then you will be thought of as not caring, but then the problem is, if you ask too much, or not in the right tone, or get bit too personal, you then can get yourself in real trouble.... so I find myself stumbling trying to figure out how to word my question so no one gets hurt, offended and the question is politically, emotionally, intellectually correct.. you know everything correct, so I find myself struggling and waiting.. sometimes fortunately the moment is gone, and I realize I don't have to ask anymore.

I have a hard time wording my questions so that they fit into the guidelines. Too many personal pronouns and yur gone!
