yesterday my bum started bleeding when i wipe after going to the toilet. and my phobia of doctors and hospitals, brings me here...

extra information;
i'm not gay and have never tried anal sex.
i have recently (within the last 6 months) stopped drinking as heavily as i used to. (although i did get too drunk about four nights ago.)
i sit down to do my job, and sit down at home mostly.
i do shower well, and daily. sometimes twice.
i would consider myself a very health young man. maybe i dont eat as much AS i should, but what i do eat is exceptionally healthy.

this, as im sure you can all appreciate, is a very concerning, yet, embarrasing situation for me.
i do not feel i could overcome my fear of doctors and hospitals to take that route, but i do assure you any advice would be gratefully recieved.

thanks in advance.
sean.

Yes, that's what you have. You can buy medicine at the pharmacy to provide relief from pain or irritation. If that's not important or a problem, then don't worry. A doctor will only give you something like a steroid to help with swelling and irritation. You will have that problem forever. Be careful about straining, even lifting. You will have to see a doctor if you have intense pain, but it would be so bad at that point that you'd be desperate for help. Keep eating right and staying clean. Hot baths help.

In addition to the practical instructions I have followed which utterly changed the way I identify and cure each hemorrhoid and fissure, this guide https://tr.im/cLFzt had given me the ability to feel like a normal human being with a common condition armed with the optimistic tools and real hope for recovery

It could be hemorrhoids. Take a lot of warm baths, use over the counter hemorrhoid cream, avoid constipation by adding almonds or walnuts to cereal and drink more water. Exercising may help too.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/VM1MU

If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/oBj6G
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Be careful when wiping. I recommend you wash the area with soap and water when you have wiped. Otherwise bits of "matter" may get into your body through the small cuts and cause an infection.

it sounds like you've got haemmoroids(piles),try not to strain when going to the toilet for a number 2,i experienced them when i was pregnant due to the extra weight gain, carry on with the healthy eating etc,and you shouldnt need to see a doctor, try anusol from any health shop,i got it from bodycare in the UK,it worked brilliantly, good luck!

Any rectal bleeding needs to be investigated by a dr as soon as possible. Chances are its just heamorrhoids(piles) but it could also be more serious. surely your health is more important a few blushes.

Set your laptop alarm to ring hourly—stand up for 1 to 5 minutes whenever it goes off.
