I do not know how to know the temperature by celsius, I only know Fahrenheit........

1. Multiply degrees Celcius by 9
2. Divide by 5
3. Add 32

Equals 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit

For a close approximation, double it and add 30. Sooner or later the USA will bite the bullet and fall in line with the rest of the world and Fahrenheit will go into the museum where it belongs.
