Does anyone know how to rip the Velvet Revolver CD, Contraband, onto a PC?

It's not as easy as it sounds. Only answer if you've actually done it. I tried, but every time I try to rip it, the songs come out scratchy and messed up. Also, it's not illegal to do this, so don't remove the question. Cuz if it were illegal, Windows Media Player wouldn't have the option to do it...

You people are retarded or something? I really appreciate the "help", but I bought the damned CD already, I just wanna get the effing music on my MP3 to hear it on my MP3, and not a bulky CD player.

Actually, to be completely honest, it is a great CD, and worth every penny and more. Just buy it, you won't be sorry.

as a lot as i favor to allow you to recognize to help the artist at any fee, Velvet Revolver is on an excellent record label. If I undergo in concepts wisely, their record label grow to be between the first that began using loopy digital Rights administration schemes on their discs. (in truth, their debut disc would were between the first that truly used DRM technologies.) - What i'd do is boycott the artist, as painful as that would nicely be. in case you do this, per chance record labels like those would get the message that they don't look to be doing themselves any favors by using jointly with anti-rip technologies on their discs. all of us recognize in case you attempt to receive a DRM-loose reproduction of the album by skill of a P2P service, you'd be only yet another sufferer of a few frivolous lawsuit from the RIAA representing the substantial record labels. So, why help an entity like this in any respect? there are various of self reliant record labels with music that is only practically as good. they gained't reduce how and the position you should use their music.
