Because after hearing another speech about the same rhetoric, maybe they've finally come to the conclusion that Bush really has no plan. If he had a clear plan for vacating Iraq, anyone in Bush's position, or anyone with a sound mind, would have pulled the plug on this about 2 1/2 years ago.
The only strategic planning Bush has exercised over the last 6 years with any success is blaming others for his own lack of leadership abilities.

President Bush does not care what people who have no knowledge about anything think about him. He has won the presidency twice and has nothing to lose so why should he care what you think? He has morals and knows right from wrong and he is going to continue to fight terrorism. I want a president who believes in what he is doing, not one who will change his policies b/c of what people say about him. God Bless President Bush, one of the great leaders of this century.

Take a look at the guy on a $5 bill. His approval ratings sucked too. You may have to wait for your welfare check to show up in the mail though. Make sure you thank the Conservatives for working and paying all the taxes.

What is this bs about ratings ???? How can people swing so much one day to the other. This is just another example of how media shapes the consensus.
How can you be in favour of someone like Bush when you know what kind of person he is no matter what his plans are.
People like that don't just change overnight.
What I want is a rating on how many in favour of Bush getting tried for war crimes.
Done listening to this rubbish about Iraq and how US is going to make it all better.
US Government never wanted to help Iraq or make it a better country this was never their intent for going in. We all know why US is there and what they have done to the whole region.
The blood of hunders of thousands of people is on the hands of the US government and every moron that supports this government.
