They have up-to-the-second foreign exchange rates. Click on FX rates and you'll get $, £, € ¥, and other currencies put against the dollar and Euro.

I listed my favorite exchange rate site below. It is my favorite because it can run historic rates as well. However, it is not as up-to-date in terms of quotations as a subscription to Bloomberg would be.
If you were to trade with the bank, the rate may be different from minute to minute, and vary quite widely from most sites. Bloomberg's quotations from their free static website are as of a certain time of day.
