M'kay, I'm raising this little baby mouse that I got to feed to my gecko (He didn't eat it) and I'm wondering if anybody has some advice. I'm feeding him every two hours with milk mixed with cream, and he's eating well. He's got soft, filky fur, is going to the bathroom by himself, and his eyes just opened. Any advice on what I could do to better care for him?

Thanks, but let me be just a little more clear- I'm raising the baby mosue to keep as a pet. I'm not interested in feeding it again to my gecko- and I wouldn't have the heart to cut off the poor thing's leg!! D=<

Your doing a great job, keep it up.As it gets older feed it mice food and water, in the water put in vitamin liquid that you get from pet smart. When it gets bigger get a larger cage that suits it then you will be good.

feed the mouse to the gecko again, if the geckoo doesn't eat it this time, cut off the mouses' leg; usually the scent of blood will cause the reptile to gobble the critter right on down.

please dont feed them milk. use baby formula. i can't stress this enough. milk will only bind up their insides. go buy a small cheap can of any formula.
