Bill has always been first lady. Hillary wore the pants during his 8 years. She will not be president.

Ok the idea of Hillary actually being Bill's "first lady" is just laughable........ I still believe she should have been named his 174th lady. I mean seriously..... come on. She as his first?pfffffffft.
Ok maybe just maybe she could have been his first lesbian. That I might find more believable. In that case.... IF... and that is a strong "IF"... IF Hillary is ever elected president..... I do believe that that would make Bill her "First." yeah..... that's just it..... her... FIRST.
"Now entering the building is President Hillary Clinton and her First... Bill Clinton."

confident. as quickly as a president, continually a president. the right thank you to handle any former president is Mr. President. If Hillary will become president they could be Mr. President and Madame President.

Bubba.
Seriously though, he'll always be addressed as Mr. President, but referred to as maybe the First Gentleman (and I use that term loosely)

Former President William Jefferson Clinton, and the first Gentleman. Easy answer, but I wish he would run with her as the Vice President, what a ticket that would be to offset that Bush Clan, and wow what a successful team, yeah buddy, That would balance the scales of power with all the nepotism, and the number of controlling people in government from the Bush Clan eh?

Seriously, I guess the correct title if they were being introduced would be something like: "The President of the United States and Mister Clinton." (you couldn't say Clinton 42 and Clinton 44, like they call them Bush 43 and Bush 41 ! )
