I hate to say this, but what would really improve my life right now is some cold, hard cash. I am disabled and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to maintain housing and purchase my medications. If I didn't have to worry about money issues on a constant basis, I would have a much greater peace of mind, freedom of movement, and real-world social life. With that would come improved mental health.

Having my two college degrees without doing 10 more exams and 2 more thesises.
But hey, that's life. If you want it to work out, you have to take care of it yourself.
Actually there's no such thing as being lucky or unlucky. Life is what you make of it.

I guess money, I know money doesn't automatically lead to happiness, but I guess if I had some I could fulfill all my needs. It would be easier to pay my second semester tuition. And of course there is shopping....
And love too, someone who can love me and appreciate me for who I am and more importantly I can love them.
