Do you know how to get a paintbrush? Do you have to be super rich? I have like 25,000 neopoints.

ive got neopets but i quit for awhile but last time i remembered paintbrushes are expensive and they like 250 000 i fink anyways i have some, the easiest way to get paintbrushes cheap is either go to shop and search to see if someone made it really cheap, or do that tombola thingy, or do the spin the wheel in farieland, and xmas events(in the 2006 year they gave out paintbrushes, didnt go on this year so iunno if they gave it out this year) o yea and sometimes wen u randomly walk u might just be lucky enough to find one! =D

You either have to win it form a scratch card or something like that or you have to buy it for big bucks from sumones store, or their trade. I dont know how to be super rich, im poor too, just play games a lot and sell most things that you get! And Yes i have a neo account my username is neb12412, look me up! :)

in neopets paint brushes are sometimes given when you play the games but only once in awhile other than that you have to purchase thema dn yes they are very high priced.
