have the most perfect relationship, and yet i still envy other couples relationships??? it has nothing to do with jelousy but the fact that i still dont seem satisfied.

Other couples seem perfect to you, because you don't see their fights, their daily problems and annoyances...
If you're relationship is going well, than try to enjoy it to the fullest. Don't compare it to other people, because you can't see their whole story.
And if there's a problem in your marriage, try to find out exactly what it is and talk about it with your wife.

I think we all go through times in our life where we wonder if we are missing out on something and start questioning. I'm sure this is normal at least I hope so.

maybe you're not actually happy.
although i wouldn't advise divorce or anything. just think about what you love about le spouse.
keep in mind: desire can never be fulfilled.
(basically life sucks, so make the most of what you can.)
