who's side of the family is the sister in law, you need to know that to determine blood line. In one instance nothing and the other way there is a blood relation.

Indian regulation? i'm marrying my brother however that's a touch uncommon case. My dad and mom were given divorced and my mom is remarrying. nicely the guy she's marrying has 2 sons. One went to college with me and he set our dad and mom up because he had to get to entice close me...It somewhat extraordinary/complicated yet he's my brother and my fiancee by surprise. we are purely brother/sister with information from marriage although so its not incest and it is legal haha..

The technical answer to this would be: Your first cousin-in-law, once removed. As it is an in-law, aka by marriage and not blood, you technically aren't related, hence, no incest.
