Yes there is, IMHO.
While morality is, by nature, rather subjective, or relative, there are universal truths. There are physical laws which exist on this planet and as yet there is nothing to prove that those laws are not universally applicable. While I don't presume to know precisely what is absolutely right or wrong, I believe it exists. I think that very likely it is at the core of what is considered right and wrong by traditional moral and social acceptablity standards.
Would not the fact that we as humans have debated this very question for centuries hint to the possbility that such a thing exists? And yes, I can follow that logic out. ;-)
"...Nor does the fact that we think the same things wrong make them wrong. The are in themselves either right or wrong. What we have to do is to discover which they are. What anyone thinks makes no difference. It is here just as it is in matters of physical science." - W.T. Stace
"Right and wrong exist in the nature of things. Things are not right because they are commanded, nor wrong because they are prohibited." - R.G. Ingersoll
"The history of morality and moral philosophy is the history of successive challenges to some preexisting moral order." Arnold Toynbee

In each culture, there is right and wrong.
However, there are no things that are inherantly right or inherantly wrong. It is just the society that you grow up in. For instance, in America, we have been told cutting and pushing in line is wrong, so we don't do it. However, in an African country that I can't remember the name of, all the people do is push and shove to see who can get to the front first. These two differant situations are not a result of the people from America being differant from the people from the African country. What it is is that they were taught differant rights and wrongs during their childhood.
So, no, there is no thing that is "right" or "wrong" all over the world.

yes right is following the ten commandments and if you sin, being sorry about it and asking forgivness, and wrong is doing all the things the commandments say not to and not feeling bad about it.

I think there is and it is defined by our beliefs and upbringing. I think we inherently have a moral code instilled in us that gets defined by our environment.
