my sweet 15 is coming and i have some extra wieght what can i do to lose about 3 sizes

As an early birthday gift, see if you can meet with a nutritionist and possibly a personal trainer at the gym, or sign up at Curves. You really should work with someone to learn what foods to each, and what exercises are best for you. Some hospitals, health food stores or gyms have professionals available.

PS size 7 sounds perfectly fine to me, but a healthy diet/exercise are always good for you

Portion control, portion control, portion control, o yeah and excercise. Try not to eat excessive amounts and watch how many calories you are taking in. Also eat more foods that are filling and healthy, than junky. Losing weight does not happen with out effort, so some excercise will help. I would recommend running, but walking works well too, or anything else that burns calories that you love to do.

Well... I think that you should start eating healthy. Or go on the fruit and vegetable diet. Only eat fruits and vegetables for 1 week. Also work out at a gym or work out in your own home.

Gurl I wish i was your size. You don't need to loose weight. But if u want to the saftest way to go is diet and exersize. Don't take any diet pills they are really dagerouse. They can lead to death. Take the harder way. It turns out great at the end.

walk every day and eat a little to eat when you are hungry dont get full when you eat
