This is going to be the first demo that microsoft and others are going to make us pay for. A demo of halo 3, If everyone pays for it it will open the door 4 others to follow and in the end we will be paying for the first leval of all new games twice, dont buy the demo. Wait for the full game if you can, or we will all pay. Please leave comments on this subject, what do you all think

I don't know what your thinking of, but the Halo 3 demo is free. You can be chosen for the Live Download by playing the required amount of hours by February 3rd, or you can buy the game Crackdown and the demo is free on that game. Either way it's free....

Game software is cheap (compared to office and photo editing software etc) So why not just buy it! If a piece of software for example Microsoft office was £29.99 no or very little pirate copies would be sold...
So why when a game for PC that gives you hours of fun should be free to download and then to pirate with clever hackers breaking the protection and distributing the full game for free??
I think that Piracy will kill PC gaming completely unless the honest people that pay for the games I hope will keep the gaming industry going!!
I wouldn't work for free would you?

I'll be buying it, if others cant spare the cash to buy it - tough.
