Sleeping with other people for revenge is never a good idea.
As for waiting for him or not... do you love him? Does he love you? Is he worth waiting for? If you sleep with someone else and lose him over it, would you be upset? Ask yourself these questions before you act on your impulses.

First off, you never have sex for revenge. That is A) stupid, B) slutty and C) probably gonna keep the cycle going.
Second, were there alot of problems up UNTIL he went to jail and then he tried to make it right while he was inside? Because I know men that have gone to the pen. Everything they are missing out on at home, they dream about it and want it so badly that they will sweet talk you in letters and visits to keep it. But when they get out, they usually go back to their old ways. If this is the case, leave him and move on.
If the problems were fixed and he treated you right BEFORE he left, buy a vibe, fantasize and wait.
I'm leaving my hubby cause he's been a bastard since before we got married. He's been gone in jail for 6 months and coming home in the next week. I'm in the process of packing up his **** right now. I met and fell in love with a guy while he was gone. I'm completely, truly in love (we've had our ups and downs, our crying and our laughing, he treats me right and it is far from important to him to have sex, unlike it was for hubby) I'm glad I know how screwed up jail is for some guys... Or else I'd never have moved on like this cause he's been writing me and talking about how he loves me and misses me and how he was an *** and wants to make it right when he comes home. But he says it every time I told him it was over and the process started again.
But not this time...
Best of luck to you hun.

If I were you, I would tell your boyfriend, good by. The mere fact that he is in jail should be a warning sign for you. Find a guy that has a good head on his shoulder. You can only cheat on somebody that you are married to. Your boyfriend is not your husband. Start dating other guys and eventually you will know which one is right for you.

Let's put it this way, do you think if you were in jail that he would wait for you? Probably not. It's over, forget him, don't go out with a criminal. When my father went to jail my mother took the opportunity to leave and get our lives back on track.

Well, he's in jail. He did very bad things and treated you like dirt (assumption).
Just get a new guy. You should be able to get back at him like that.
Hey, I'd be real nice to you: make you call the shots, do stuff like that, you know. Be a real sweet dude.
Despite the fact I'm almost 13.

If you are holding on to all of that resentment, it may be time to hang up the hat. If that is the case, don't cheat on him. That is just wrong. Let him know. I have been on both sides of that, and have learned my lesson. It hurts bad to be cheated on, but it hurts pretty bad to do the cheating too. If you want to find another relationship, go for it. Just end the one you're in first.

Sweetie, someone very wise once said..."Don't open another door, until all previous ones are CLOSED!".Basicly, what i am saying, whether you break up with him through a visit to him,or a phone call or if you wait til he gets out of jail.Dont allow someone else in,until this relationship is finished. It is only going to cause hurt not only for him,but for you.You dont want that,so fight that temptation until it is over for good with him.You should be with someone as a form of "revenge" for someone else.It hurts people alot, and you shouldnt be with someone for that reason.Anytime you are with someone it should be because you love them, and care about them.Good luck and have a good night hun.

He's in jail.... life is too short to sit around and wait. If he really loved you , he would want you to move on with your life. You never know who you might end up with.... could be the guy you've always dreamed of.

Girl, forget that turkey. . . jail is JAIL. He's already met Bubba so you don't want anything to do with him. Start over. . . forget about him and live your life. He's living his. . . by HIS choice. Skunks don't change their stripes so when he does get out he might not be out long. Do you REALLY want that?
