I have a degree in interior design. How do I break into set design or set decoration. I am having trouble breaking in or even getting a job as a props person. HELP!

Get some experience with a local non-profit group that does plays.. it will give you experience in stretching frames, building things that are easily moved, painting scenery, etc.
