Dont stress yourself, any stress or harm done to yourself is also done to your baby. Be happy, talk to your baby, show your baby love it needs. It can hear you, it can hear all the voices around. Be careful in everything u do. do what u feel u should do! u can take baths but not too hot!!!! Put cocoa butter on your tummy starting NOW!!! i started when i was 5 months and got a few stretch marks that arent dark at all and i was HUGE, i put it on my stomach everytime it itched too, it really helps, u dont want dark purple stretch marks, even though pregnancy is a beautiful thing most women dont like when they have them! Good luck and congrats!

I had a high risk pregnancy and was told in the beginning that I wasn't pregnant, then I was told I had been pregnant and loss the baby, then I was told that it wasn't a baby is was a mass. This went on for 2 weeks. They tried to have me abort the bad tissue. I went and had a second opinon. I was 6 weeks pregnant. When it comes to your baby, when it is life or death, or when someting just isn't right, always get a second opinion from a source not related or support by the first source.

Make sure to do as much stuff by yourself now because when the baby comes you life is going to do a 360 in a good way, but forget quick runs to the store. Start looking into pedictricions that you feel comfortable with and just relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

Keep up physical activity. I'm not talking about running a marathon. However, if you become lethargic and lazy during your pregnancy, you are more likely to gain a lot of weight that will be hard to lose when the baby is born.
Also, eat a variety of healthy foods while you are pregnant and especially when you are breastfeeding. When your baby starts eating table food, they will be more receptive to those healthy foods and not want only junk foods.

ENJOY being pregnant. It is such a special time in your life! Try to maintain good, healthy eating habits and walk alot. The better shape you're in before the birth, the easier labor you will have.Try to eliminate as much stress as possible from your life. Try not to get in too much of a rush for the baby to be born because before you know it, it will be over.Sleep as much as you can now, because after baby is born, you wont be getting much! Also, consider natural childbirth if you have'nt already. I think much of the joy of birth is lost when women are medicated and numbed. Above all ,do whatever it takes to take care of YOU and your baby. Good luck !

Not really advice... but, I was told that I definitely can't go in the pool when I'm pregnant?! But, swimming is one of the best things for your body when you are pregnant? Or, you'll hurt your baby if you lay on your stomach or poke at your stomach... and, everyone wants to tell you that everything you are feeling is "too soon for that." The things we get to hear! :) Congrats and good luck!

I would say make sure you rest as much as possible before labor because you never know how long it will be and believe me you want to have plenty of rest before you have reached that point.

REMEMBER THIS TIME, AND CHERISH IT. YOU'LL FEEL LIKE IF YOU'RE GONNA BE PREGNANT FOREVER BY THE TIME YOU ARE ALMOST DUE, BUT NEXT THING YOU KNOW YOU'LL HAVE A BABY. TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES, ETC., SPOIL YOURSELF, YOU'RE CREATING LIFE.
