Since he's not here yet - try a recruiter. They have the personality to work with potential employers to schedule an interview around at time when your hubby will be in town.

He can also look online at:
Houston Chronicle.com
HoustonEmployment.com
HoustonJobs.com
Monster.com
CareerBuilder.com
Administaff.com
and lastly HotJobs.com

Personally I'm not all that fond of HotJobs they have a lot of spam ads in my opinion.

Good luck.

An associate degree is good ! Try not to worry, I'm sure he will find a job .. I think that he should apply with someone that pays well, and of course that he would enjoy .. Most people just try to go to work for the money and that really is what we work for , but since he is wanting to make a change , something he likes would probably be his best bet .. There are so many opening here in so many area's that would fit your description, I would go to the Houston Chronicle web site look under jobs .. www. houstontexaschronicle.com

Happy Hunting

GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!

HotJobs, Monster and CareerBuilder, HoustonJobs.com, America's Job Bank, Craigslist.com, Backpage.com.

There are plenty of opportunities in nicer restaurants, BOH or FOH, retail management, and a lot of things that would accept any 2-4 yr degree. Hospital food service too, as the Medical Center has a lot of patients to feed.
