We have never registered with BEBO before and cannot understand why we are told we can not use this website? If someone has used our home computer, can this effect our use?

What is the message that pops up?
If you are using a personal firewall this can sometimes block sites.. you may want to disable it. Do not disable the Windows firewall though.
Also try the F and Q section on Bebo for help
Other reason may be that you do not have suitable applications downloaded such as:
Adobe Flash
Adobe Shockwave
Java
Which may be needed to view content on Bebo
One finaly reason may be that this is a one off and teh Bebo site is down.
Please get back in tough with the message (blocking) so that we have more information.
