May I be honest??
You need some sun, and some haircolor...you need to "brighten" your look...You look a little, little chubby so don't gain any more weight...check out the teen shows like Raven etc..I don't know the names, but that's what guys like that are your age. They like someone they can show off...never forget that.

I would recommend "bangs" because you have a full forehead..Wear a little makeup; lipgloss mascara and eyeshadow never hurt anybody!!
Don't do the 'PUNKY LOOK" a guy will drop you when a regular likes him...you can't get a job looking weird...
