You don't. The Apple iPod converts MP3's to iTune format. The competing Microsoft XBox 360 will accept everything BUT iTunes. So, convert your iPod music back to MP3's with iTunes and burn it to cd and transfer it that way or connect your computer (after you convert them to MP3) to your XBox 360.

You can only stream music from your iPod to your 360, it can't be copied. To do this, you will need to download a small patch from the Xbox Live Marketplace, then you can stream. Note: You can't stream songs bought from the iTunes Music Store.
If you want to copy music to the 360, you will need to burn a CD with the music. Then you can put it in the 360 and rip it to your hard drive.
