The best answer anyone can give you is maybe. It has a PCI Extreme slot, which according to the manufacturer is compatible with most PCI Express cards. Since the manufacturer website does not give a list of compatible cards, you will just have to buy it and try it out, unless you just happen to be lucky enough to find someone on here who has that exact board and exact video card, which is very unlikely.

It won't fit!!!

I have a Gigabyte Motherboard and came across the same problem.

That graphics card has one "dimple" where the contacts are, near the end.

The mother board requires a graphics card that has a 'dimple' at a different section near the middle.

Look at those detailed pictures and see the AGP slot on the motherboard, then look at the contactors on that graphics card. See the difference?

I suggest that you get a different motherboard that can handle that card.

The pci-"extreme" slot is 4x, not a pci express x16 slot. Did you read the motherboard reviews on your link to Newegg?

as long as your new Mboard's pci-e slot is a 16x you should have no prob's...
make sure you take advantage of your RAM by getting two pc3200 1GB DDR sticks( to take advantage of the 800MHz archetecture) and a hyperthreaded p4 cpu
