I read that Iyou can get rid of all the cables running under your desk by making your pc wireless does anyone know how?

Except your monitor and power cable, you can run wireless keyboard, mouse, usb drive, wireless network and wireless sound system.

You will just need different hardware components to do so.

Get a Linksys Wireless G Card. Get a Linksys Wireless Router, and there go your wires. Be warned, your connection speed will drop to 54 Mbs

you can purchase a wireless mouse and keyboard at any computer /electronic store.

If you have a wired connection to the Internet I would keep that. there is no advantage to making a desktop PC wireless if there is cabling available.
