Push the menu button on the front or side of the tv and then use the channel +/- and volume +/- to navigate through the menus. You'll want to go to the menu that has "video mode", "input", or "source" and change that to the correct mode.

You could also purchase a universal remote for less than $10 to fix your problem. Target and Wal-Mart have good, inexpensive brands.

I had this problem before with a Sony television. I bought an RCA universal remote and was able to bring up the "menu" option on the TV and adjust the source setting from cable to antennae.

Look for a button on the TV that says video, input, or source. This should bring up a menu to change the input source or it will change it every time you press it.
