I try to avoid confrontation. In other words..think 5 steps ahead to avoid it and make a win/win situation. That's just me though.

Competition... I'd rather let the competitive person win because I don't feel any better winning and they do. Of course, sometimes I do enjoy watching them lose... but that's just spite.
